Delete your CalorieMeister account and data

Delete directly in the app

1. Open CalorieMeister and sign in to your account.
2. Open the menu and go to “Profile”.
3. Scroll to “Delete account & data”.
4. Read the notice and confirm permanent deletion.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app

Send your deletion request from the email address associated with your account to datenschutz@caloriemeister.app. We may ask you to verify your identity to prevent an unauthorized person from deleting your account. Processing starts without undue delay and is completed within 30 days.

Which data is deleted?

• Account and profile data, including the account identifier
• Body, goal and plan data
• Meals, nutrition values and private meal photos
• Workout, water, weight, fasting and streak data
• Account-linked Premium and entitlement data
• Other personal app data associated with your account

What may remain?

Fully anonymized technical event identifiers may remain to prevent duplicate processing. They contain no account ID and no app content. Purchase and payment records are managed by the relevant app store under its legal and contractual obligations.

Important if you have an active subscription

Deleting your CalorieMeister account does not cancel an active Apple or Google subscription. Before deleting your account, cancel the subscription separately in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
